Return and Refund Policy

At 1ofaKind Apparel, we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery, including for sizing issues or a change of mind.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition, with any original tags attached. Trying on an item to check the fit is permitted. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

Email contact@1ofakind.world with your order number, the item you wish to return, and your reason for returning it.

Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions. Please ship the item within 7 calendar days of approval. Do not send items back before receiving return instructions. Returns are handled by mail.

Return Shipping and Fees

For sizing or change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for purchasing return postage. We recommend a tracked shipping service.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return results from a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We do not charge restocking fees.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email contact@1ofakind.world promptly with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. We cover any required return shipping for confirmed defects, damage on arrival, or fulfillment errors.

Exchanges

Size exchanges depend on available inventory and must meet the return conditions above. Customers are responsible for return and replacement shipping for sizing exchanges. If your requested size is unavailable, you may return the eligible item for a refund.

Refunds

We will inspect your return and notify you whether it qualifies for a refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
